Research On Data Mining Technology For Educational Management Of Higher Vocational College

In recent years,due to the government guidance and the continuous efforts of the education industry,the higher education has gradually entered the stage of universal development.With the rapid development of Internet and information technology,educational management information construction has become the inevitable choice of higher education institutions.Internet-based educational management information system has been widely used in universities and colleges,which has promoted the innovation of education and teaching management system,but also accumulated a lot of useful data resources related to educational management.How to analyze these data and obtain the hidden laws and information is one of the core research questions of the educational management.The data mining technology offers a strong technical method to solve this problem.Data mining technology can provide decision support for the educational reform of higher education,which is of great significance to improve the overall level of educational management.This paper first introduces the basic theory and the common methods of data mining technology,and then summarizes the research status of data mining technology in educational management area.Based on the existing problems in the test score management and the examination paper management,we put forward the educational management methods based on the decision tree algorithm and the cluster analysis algorithm.The details are as follows:(1)In order to solve the classification accuracy problem and calculation efficiency problem of existing education data mining research,this paper proposes the average Gini index based decision tree algorithm,called AGI-C4.5,which designs the calculation strategy and the attribute redundancy reduction strategy.The experiments on the real data set verify the performance of the algorithm.Finally,the AGI-C4.5 algorithm is used to analyze the scores of English examination,and the decision tree model and classification rules of the achievement management are given for the educational management.(2)In view of the quality evaluation problem of examination paper,this paper puts forward the examination paper quality evaluation scheme based on the Ak-means cluster analysis algorithm.The Ak-means algorithm introduces the initial center point selection mechanism to modify the random initial point selection problem of traditional k-means algorithm.Experiments on real data sets verify the performance of Ak-means algorithm.Finally,we implement a sample study of 29 examinations in a vocational college,the examination papers are divided into seven clusters.The problems of the examination papers are analyzed according to the clustering results,and the suggestions are given from the perspective of educational management.
