Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Electronic Paper Management System For Vocational Colleges

The traditional examination is based on traditional papers and manual marking. With the development of computer information technology and network technology, more and more computer technology is used in the examination system, such as the cards reader machine, the college entrance examination papers scan system, etc. Although these technologies spend less time and effort than the traditional pure manual operation process, it is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the people in this information society.Since twenty-first Century, along with the development of human-computer interaction technology, more and more humanized interactive technology and network technology make the realization of electronic paper possible. The ZhiLian recruitment management system with problems, papers, answers and driving exam system are good examination paper management system in recent years, however due to the vocational colleges with industry particularity and education mode is targeted, not only in the content but also in the organization, management, maintenance process, the system has a very different way with the systems above and it needs special methods. Therefore, we need an efficient, strong interaction paper management system to complete and achieve the examination activities.In the intelligent electronic paper management system, uses can login in and interact with the system to finish managing different types of papers to improve the efficiency of papers management. In this system, the users can through manual ways or auto-generating ways to create, evaluate and improve the quality of test papers to provide papers for examinations with high quality to enhance students’ understanding and memory of knowledge and improve students’ learning ability and comprehensive quality.Intelligent electronics paper management system is based on B/S architecture system and three layer hierarchical architecture. The system uses ASP.Net MVC framework as presentation layer and Entity Framework as data access layer to form the architecture with lower interconnection and higher cohesion. The system has high stability and certain advantages in solving the problems which exist in the current mainstream technology.At present, the system has been successfully put into use in a few higher occupation colleges in Qinghai province and Hebei province, and gets high praise from teachers. It also helps improve teachers work efficiency.
