We still have to counting examination paper and arrange invigilate teachers manually. This working flow is too long and complicated, and the chance of making mistake has been greatly increased. In order to optimize examination management work flow and improve its informational level and working efficiency, we need to develop a proper composited examination manage system to meet modern examination manage requirements.Education entrance examination’s composite management system should build upon the old manage system, to update the original function model’s design. Mainly from six aspects to conduct system functions and database’s design:system configuration, examination room, work sheet printing, query statistics, user help and exit, we will mainly focus on develop a model for invigilate teacher’s arrangement and query statistics. The system is develop from Visual FoxPro 6.0 database management software with single user mode, runs base on Windows system and under integrated system developing environment. This ensures the manage system’s interface easy and clear, easy to use and maintain. With this system’s application, examination’s work efficiency would be greatly improved and also cutting down examination work staff’s heavy and repeat work, fulfill all kinds of manage people’s requirements on information flow and makes examination management more convenient.
