Research And Analysis Of The Case File Management System Of The Public Security Bureau

After the emergence of information technology,computer has gradually replaced the traditional mode of resource storage and sharing.In the Publlic Security Bureau,began to store information using paper case files,with the advent of the computer,the archives management department staff began to case files stored in the personal computer office,the paper case file is scanned and stored,the case file lookup or management is in disorder,often lost in the case file.In this context,to realize the case file management standardization,introducing scientific archiives management system for Public Security Bureau leadership decision case.The thesis introduces the significance of the public security bureau to introduce the case file management system.In the process of file management system analysis,object oriented method and UML technology.In business analysis,through the communication with the archivist and other users,the case file management system consists of file archive,file search,file use,file change,file disposition,file report management,basic information management,and system management.Then analyzes the defects of the business,and put forward the improvement scheme;in functional analysis,according to a business optimization scheme to determine the business function,the main use of use case diagram analysis of power distribution of each business,and then use the package diagram analysis of the business functions;in the data analysis,the Public Security Bureau case file management system entity list,mainly use thumbnails,and then determine the inter entity contact,finally the entity structure is determined;finally,summarizes the research and analysis of the work done,and the further work is prospected.At present,this paper gives the analysis of the Public Security Bureau case file management system,but also need to complete the design and implementation of the system in accordance with the analysis program,in order to deploy the system to the public security bureau.
