On The Design And Implementation Of The Intermediary Business Platform System For XX Commercial Bank

With economic development and expansion of financial sector, intermediary business development that is aimed to take market share and commercial bank’s ability in system development and innovation have been the key to bank profit growth and requirements for sustainable development. Currently, income of intermediary business has developed into another growth point of profit for banks due to it low cost. However, how to change the traditional model of developing and implementing the single system for intermediary business so as to strengthen commercial bank intermediary business expansion and extension ability, lower the risks confronting intermediary business development, accelerate intermediary business system development, and develop a complete intermediary business platform that is able to operate independently has become a crucial symbol showing whether commercial banking market is able to strengthen further expansion and marketing. The fact that commercial banking platform development and information construction deepen will lead commercial bank development and application system to open-ending, standardization, and data centralization. With the centralized data development of various banking application systems, it has been a future direction of development to construct a new intermediary business platform at the prepositive layer outside the system core to realize system opening and processing standard unification.Starting with the system requirement analysis, this thesis conducts detailed analysis of XX Commercial Bank intermediary business platform’s demand for data exchange and safety using SA system analysis method, and identifies the six modules constituting the business platform: the platform business communication module, bank product management module, information inquiry center module, end-of-day process module, system management module, and forewarning management and exception handling module followed by corresponding analysis of them each. Detailed description of the relationship between the aforementioned functional modules and the design of system functional interfaces and data base is carried out. The designing scheme is finally determined, and the detailed functions of XX Commercial Bank intermediary business platform are achieved. Relevant tests are carried out to examine whether the proposed system design is of safety and reliability. The Java programming language and SQL database are employed based on the operation system UNIX to realize XX Commercial Bank intermediary business platform with complete accomplishment of its communication, message, transaction, and end-of-day processing, etc. This platform has tremendously optimized XX Commercial Bank’s business process mechanism, contributing to the bank’s business expansion.
