Industrial robot technology is one of the important fields in the development of new technology in recent years.It is a kind of comprehensive high and new technology,which is led by micro electronic technology,which is a combination of new technology and mechanical technology.This technology has more and more applications in industry,agriculture,national defense,medical and health,office automation and life services,and so on.Industrial robot in improving product quality,accelerate product innovation,improve production efficiency,promote manufacturing flexibility,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the state has a pivotal position in many aspects,but also become the engineering and technical personnel urgently need to master the knowledge.In modern automobile manufacturing,chemical,food processing,packaging,logistics industry and many other fields,the need for a large number of repetitive handling operations.The traditional manual work efficiency is low,the labor cost is high,the operation risk is high,therefore in these fields more and more introduces the robot to replace the manual to carry on the transportation work.The pros and cons and the level of intelligence of robot handling system,is largely determined by the control system which is the central nervous system and the brain of the robot,with the continuous development of the PLC control system and field bus technology,development,portability and can be easily interconnected,open control system integration has become a trend in the development of control systems.This paper studies the design and implementation of the robot handling automation system based on the PLC,the main research contents is:1.The main principles and characteristics of the PLC control system,the robot system,the servo drive system,the C/S model and the object-oriented software development are studied,As well as the role of the project.2.This paper studies the construction and design of robot handling automation system based on PLC,the Communication and software protocol.3.User friendly operation interface,operation flow and software running process are introduced.This design is based on modularization and standardization,the standard bus structure,communication with the industrial Ethernet,which has a high degree of openness,easy integration,good versatility,simple and convenient operation system,can automatically realize the equipment to a great extent,improve system efficiency,reduce the staff strength and provides an efficient and convenient transportation control system for industrial manufacturing enterprises.
