In recent years,with the continuous development of the world economy and the rapid adoption of cars,urban traffic is increasingly tense,in this context,intelligent transportation system(ITS)as a new solution to solve the traffic problem came into being.ITS improve operational efficiency,relieve traffic congestion,improve road network capacity,make traf-fic safety better,reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution through the close cooperation of people,cars and roads.The vehicle monitoring system is a typ-ical application of ITS,which can carry out the whole process of real-time monitoring of vehicles to ensure the safety of vehicles,but also facilitate the management of personnel scheduling,improve the utilization rate of vehicle.With the promulgation of the JT/T808 protocol,it regulated the production research order of the vehicle monitoring industry and promoted the rapid and orderly development of the industry.Most of the data uploaded by the vehicle terminal in the current vehicle monitoring system is stored in the traditional relational database mode.With the increase of the number of system business entities and vehicle location information over time,there has been a slow database query,system response time and other serious impact on user expe-rience.So the problem of large data volume has become the main performance bottleneck in vehicle monitoring system.Based on the specification of JT/T808 protocol,this paper designs and implements an optimized vehicle monitoring system based on this protocol.First of all,this paper designs the overall scheme of vehicle monitoring system.We will use the optimized MongoDB + Redis + MySQL storage architecture for unstructured and platform-level incremental features such as location reporting messages and multimedia messages uploaded by mobile car terminals.At the same time for the vehicle monitoring system to be used by the relevant technology,software framework and JT/T808 protocol were reviewed.Secondly,we have designed and implemented the communication server system plan in detail,and use the high-throughput Redis message queue to realize the communica-tion between the communication server and the application server.Also we adopt high-concurrency Socket communication framework MINA to achieve JT/T808 protocol anal-ysis module,communication module,to meet the requirement between communications server and vehicle terminal.In addition,the use of thread pool technology to optimize the performance of the communication server load.Third,we have detailed design and implementation of the application server system program using the SSM framework.Also we analyze the user requirements of the platform side in the actual monitoring scene,and the workflow design is carried out according to the needs of the users.Then,the software framework of the application service platform is built.According to the modular design principle,the system function is realized.For the system core function real-time positioning module uses the latest server push technology WebSocket,better save server resources and bandwidth.And the on-line compression sav-ing of the vehicle travel path is carried out using the open window algorithm to improve the system load performance.Finally,the function and performance of the vehicle monitoring system are tested.The test results show that the system function meets the functional requirements of JT/T808 pro-tocol specification,and the actual system resource consumption level,the system response speed,database throughput can meet the system design indicators.
