Call center,also known as customer service center or telephone service center,outside the call service system is through a variety of communication media(telephone,fax,Internet access,E-mail,video,SMS,WAP,etc.)to provide interactive self-service and Artificial service system.In recent years,the financial industry competition is fierce,commercial banks have realized that customer relationship resources is the enterprise has the most valuable wealth,so strengthen the customer relationship resources investment is the enterprise in the competition in an invincible guarantee.Based on the background of the bank's core business processing platform and the call service as the research object,this paper designs a set of commercial banks based on the core research and development technology of J2EE,which is based on the research background of the bank's foreign call service management.Outbound call service system.I visited a number of commercial banks through the investigation of the status of the call business,and after many arguments,with the support of the banking sector to determine the functional business needs of the system.Through the deep study of the software system design theory and key technology,the system architecture is designed first.Secondly,the core function module and the database module are designed.The core function module design of the system mainly includes the design of the service application subsystem,Subsystem design,agent management subsystem design,interactive platform subsystem design,artificial seat subsystem design.After a series of research and design,this article finally realized the functions of the external call system,and through the construction of a simulated commercial banking environment to conduct a detailed test of the system.Based on the J2EE architecture,this study is based on the Java language programming,and through the construction of the core software technology development platform(ie HCCStar basic piece platform)of the external call service research,and the detailed configuration of each subsystem application is completed on the platform.User management configuration,system management configuration,workflow management configuration,policy management configuration,and ultimately the completion of the technology.Commercial Bank Outbound Call System is based on the guiding ideology of active service,based on data analysis,planned and targeted contact with target customers to achieve customer service center functions from transactions,complaints,advisory services to information tips,loans,Overdraft overdue collection,customer tracking to retain,new business marketing and other services to change,in order to retain customers and expand the customer's purpose.
