The Design And Implementation Of Commercial Bank Individual Customer Bonus Points Reward System

With the continuous progress and development of society,the increasing level of science and technology,the competition among banks is becoming more and more fierce.In order to further meet customers’ requirements,improve service quality and enhance the ability of competition,all banks are constantly developing consumer products to improve profits for an impregnable position in this industry.Thus,integral consumption is at present one of the means businesses are to adopt.Relying on the environment of the banking system,the paper designs a set of commercial bank individual integral rewarding system for the tier-one branches of a large state-owned commercial banks.The system intends to conduct a comprehensive study and design for commercial bank individual integral consumption for the purpose of fixing customer groups and enhancing customer loyalty.And the paper study the commercial banking business theoretical knowledge and the key technologies involved in the banking system to determine the system’s functional requirements.In the part of designing system,the paper will clear the bank business system design goals and principles to focus on designing the experimental platform,systematic framework and functional module.Finally we can achieve the goal of functional module,including the systematic function and role module,basic platform information and the inquiry module,individual integral rewarding module and so on.And all the functional modules can smoothly realize user-friendly interfaces.Learning the knowledge of banking business,the banking systematic frame and data analytical framework will also be deeply studied.We using Java,Oracle and other key technology to build the enterprise experimental loading platform of data analysis,which can load,analyze,calculate the original data.And the platform can present the format of the data and report we need through coding compilation and allocating the systematic background rationally.In addition,the experimental platform can well link up all kinds of banking business systematic interface,and user-friendly interfaces can be the same as the bank remained interfaces.System uses the B/S mode.The logical structure uses three layers designed pattern named as the data acquisition layer,the parameter maintenance level and the functional display layer.The components of system use the Java package model.And systematic database is designed to follow the basic principles of atomic,primitive,deductive andstability.The individual integral rewarding system can cultivate the interactive relationship between commercial banks and high-end customers,which can strengthen customer loyalty and become an important means of communicating and marketing between personal customer manager and branch customer.System can further improve the influences on customers of the commercial banks and further enhance the attractiveness of bank services to customers.Moreover,it will improve the core competitiveness in the financial industry.
