Data mining technology is a relatively popular technology,but also the urgent need for banks to cope with competition.In the domestic financial sector of rural credit cooperatives,there are many problems in the face of risk and credit management on some of these problems are difficult to control,there is an urgent need to use data mining technology to improve the level of credit management,credit risk control.Now,the competition among banks is becoming more and more fierce,the financial sector and customer resources are facing unprecedented challenges,high-quality customer resources have become the focus of the agricultural bank.But in the actual work,light maintenance and heavy marketing phenomenon is extremely common,customer relationship management,most of the domestic rural credit cooperatives or a mere formality,how to find high-quality customer resources to retain customers,is still the biggest problem facing the rural credit cooperatives.Therefore,this paper will be based on data mining of rural credit cooperatives customer management system to carry out research and analysis.This paper expounds the rural credit cooperatives,data mining and CRM relationship,the functional requirements of the system are introduced,mainly from the customer credit management,customer information management,customer search system,data mining and so on four aspects;the design from three aspects of the rural credit cooperatives to maintain customer data mining system based on the system,explains the principles and objectives of the system design,and create the overall framework of the system,function modules of customer management system and the design of data warehouse,the detailed design;finally,from two aspects of system login and mining and customer information management to the function realization.In this paper,a data mining system and data warehouse model suitable for rural credit cooperatives is constructed,and the construction method and some key factors are designed and analyzed.Based on the existing information system of credit cooperatives,this paper puts forward the architecture of data mining system and the design model of data warehouse based on the effective utilization and integration of existing systems.To enable enterprises to restructure according to customer segmentation,strengthen customer satisfaction,and connect the relationship between customers and suppliers,so as to optimize the profitability of enterprises,improve profits and obtain customer satisfaction.
