With the continuous development of banking industry, how to strive for high quality customer is becoming one of the major problems that Banks need to solved urgently; Data mining technology, which can found customer characteristics in vast amounts of customer information, and classify the customer, in order to get more high-quality customer resources. Rural credit cooperatives as the most basic money management industry in our country, because its own reason, make its development is relatively backward, so the use of data mining technology to develop a customer management system will be of great help to its development.Based on rural credit cooperatives of my hometown as the background, this paper first analyses the data mining, the current situation of CRM at home and abroad, research and development trend, then to summarized the current application of relatively mature data mining technology, CRM theory, and paper application development tools. Based on the above study and analysis, this paper lists the implementation of customer management system of rural credit cooperatives. Then this paper uses the Java language, B/S structure as the core of customer management system of rural credit cooperatives to realize all implementation module needs analysis, design, and interface implementation.The use of rural credit cooperatives customer management system based on data mining, which can get qualitative and quantitative analysis of the characteristics of customer changes and can timely manager all levels of the rural credit cooperatives with accuratly. By the customer classification management, formulate the appropriate marketing strategy according to different customer types. So that rural credit cooperatives can firmly seize the customer, reduce the cost and improve economic benefit while improve their competitiveness in the market.
