Construction Of Distributed Management System For Business Electronic Archives

With the constant development of computer technology, construction of high-speed and big capacity archive image management system has become more and more popular. In order to answer for the construction of "E-Government"in business field, Business Administrator Management Center of Hubei province provided an idea to realize electronic management and electronic query in the whole province. The topic of the paper is construction of distributed business archives management system. After carefully analysing system requirements, on basis of system design principle, a set of complete provincial business archives management solution is designed from network structure, software architecture and operation flow which provides a new idea for the united development of archives business in the provincial business systems. The thesis detailedly designs the important function module, makes deeply research on key technologies the system involves, and discuss on the actual application of digital watermark technology, considerable image data storage technology, information security and secure network transmission technology in system development. In the part of system implementation, the implementation situation of software and hardware of system is elaborated. The system plan is novel and has reasonable structure. Its technology application is innovative. The system realises distributed wide area data storage and multi-areas network query, is convenient for the comprehensive management of archives business and network query facing to society. Wide area data storage pattern settles conflict between regional storage and uniform identity validation. Digital watermark guarantees the reality of images. Secure network transmission assures data can be transferred in different network condition. The plan of great capacity saving and system security is also given in this paper. The system has already come into operation at present, and made a good result. With the users becoming more and more, the system will provide more service and bring more effect.
