The Design And Development Of Open Laboratory Management System

With the continuous improvement of the concept of higher education in our country,the experimental class has played a very important role in cultivating students' practical ability,innovation ability and theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems.However,the experimental contents are single and the experiment process is boring,which can not attract students to actively participate in the experiment with great interest.In order to solve these problems produced an open experiment,which is new flexible experimental teaching method.While the laboratory is to achieve these important places,at the same time the effective utilization of laboratories and management level,reduce the workload of laboratory staff and other issues become the key issues.This paper is based on the work of the Laboratory of Electromechanical Engineering and Automation of National Defense University of Science and Technology,and is concerned with the laboratory of the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation of National Defense University of Science and Technology.It has designed and developed a set of laboratory website management,laboratory reservation management,power control Management,access control system control and management in one of the open laboratory management system.The open laboratory management system in this paper is a kind of open laboratory management system which is open from the time,space and personnel to content,reduce the workload of laboratory staff,improve students' experimental level and practice innovation ability,improve laboratory management level and utilization,and ultimately to achieve unmanaged and developed software.The system mainly uses Browser/Server(browser/server)mode to develop,using JAVA EE platform and based on the platform SSH(Spring + SpringMVC + Hibernate)framework in the JEECMS content management system made a secondary development,and the use of MySQL 5.0 database as a system database development platform to complete the detailed design of the various functional modules of the data table,using JAVA language in the Eclipse development platform to complete the underlying application code,the system page display using the current very mature JSP dynamic web design language and HTML,CSS,JavaScript and other static page layout and design techniques to achieve,the effect of the page processing using the Free Marker template and jQuery and other dynamic display technology.This paper has completed the set of laboratory site management,laboratory appointment management,power control management,access control system control and management in one of the open laboratory management system.The system has been fully implemented in the National Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation Laboratory,the system completed from the time open,space open,personnel open to the content open,so that the function is perfect,easy to use and easy to expand,And the system is easy to maintain,and reduce the workload of laboratory staff to improve the level of student experiments and practical innovation,improve the management level and utilization of the laboratory,and ultimately achieved unattended.
