This paper is based on internship project,interactive design of Nuomi business service mall,during the period when the author worked in the User Experience Centre Department of the Baidu Technology Co.,Ltd.As an 020 platform,Nuomi is the first one to put forward the concept of "Merchant Transfiguration" after experiencing the stages of vertical cover,market extension,group-buying reduction.The so-called "Merchant Transfiguration"means that the platform should strive to help the merchants to manage efficiently,to operate professionally and to do marketing in multi-direction in order to achieve the ultimate goal of creating profits.It is wise to consider the real needs of the traders as the the important power for the platform development by standing in the merchants' point of view.Based on this background,"Merchant Transfiguration" was given as an important carrier for the group-buying transformation.The purpose of the service mall is to allow merchants to purchase services,and to gain the one-stop online management of the whole process in Nuomi.At present,the service mall access more than 200 service items,and these services will be paid by the merchants who purchase.It not only provides real and reliable help to traders,but also become the profit-gaining tool.The research began with the relevant background at home and abroad.Further-more,comprehensive understanding of competitive design works was important.Meanwhile,do qualitative and quantitative research methods in order to explore the real need of merchants.Based on the result,the author started to do the specific design work of the service mall,followed Nelson Norman's ten heuristic usability design principles.This paper carefully studied the whole interactive process which was experience-oriented.During the research period,first of all,this paper analyzed the existing group-buying application.Based on the questionnaire(quantitative research)and face-to-face interview(qualitative research),this paper summed up the characteristics of the Baidu Nuomi merchants.According to the user model method created by Alan Cooper,design the user model of Nuomi merchants to sum up the environment characteristic where user used the application,followed the design method called scenario.In the design aspect,this paper always followed Nelson Norman,s ten heuristic usability principles.Based on the results of previous studies,the author designed the information architecture,and analyzed the requirements,and established the task flow and page processes.Finally,the author tested the prototype,according to Cognitive Walkthrough that is proposed by Jacob Nelson,and did iterative work.The research results can be used as reference for the future design of Nuomi business application.The most advanced design methods,mode of thinking,design process,which are used in the research,have certain reference value for enterprises and Colleges.
