With the development of the city information technology city,the information and market becomes more and more closely,therefore the business scope involved in the road transport industry and information will quickly increase,enterprise and individual demand for information will increase along with the development of city informatization,how to use the information for the public service.At the same time,it is the urgent problem how to transport more efficient information on households,vehicles and road lines and strengthen the management department effectively.However,the isolated platform can not meet the needs of people.Highway management information system is the integrated management system to develop JSP and Servlet technology.This paper illustrates the approval of line of business object and daily business operations on operators,vehicles and the establishment of provincial data center operations.The city traffic management departments and the Provincial Bureau of railway network are to achieve the province's network of transportation management information by establishing dynamic data mining for industry management decision support and data analysis functions.Internet users can access to learn about the relevant industry trends and online services through the Internet,Meanwhile,It is the bidirectional data interaction system through the standardized interfaces,the way of secure data exchange,and other provincial transportation system or other application systems,which can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data source,reduce the duplication of data entry work,and fully show the principle of information integration and information sharing.This paper elaborates that the users can easily use the browser to access the system and the implement business operations through B/S(Browser / server)structure.As long as the data center of the WEB server and network communication work well,the user can access the system with a Internet browser on the computer and have business operation any time anywhere.The most important,since all the data is stored in a centralized data center,all users can access to the central system in real-time online,and any user can see data is new,which greatly ensure the real-time data for the whole system.Allauthorized administrative personnel and operator,the relevant business households can access and operate their related business module,not requiring separate installation and maintenance system for a large number of access entityConcerning the design and implementation of road transportation management information system from the MIS software development,This paper mainly focuses on the choice of four layer structure design,the system part focusing on resolving customer layer,a display layer,business layer,data layer each layer function and meeting the needs of users.Such as the means of transport management,line management,personnel management,leasing management,paper management,fee management,transportation management law enforcement module function design and implementation,etc.The development of the entire system refers to the present transportation management system,intending to use four layer architecture design and development of road transportation management information system for the project.The key technology used in the system development process: using j Query Ajax technology to meet the customer access speed,the Java Web technology to complete the server development,the Oracle complete storage transportation management information data and database connection pool technology to improve the efficiency of data access.
