At present,the level of computer applications in the field of inspection is still very low.For the information management and processing capacity is poor,almost all of the operations are done manually,repeat the work of large,low efficiency,information can not be shared,and the work will produce a variety of instruments will be a lot of waste of data resources,Adversely affecting the entire tax system.In order to deal with this huge tax historical data and promote the information process of tax collection and management,this paper studies and develops the tax inspection system.In order to solve the problems in the current inspection system,this paper designs and implements the inspection system in the tax administration in combination with the status of the inspection work of the Inspection Bureau.Firstly,the paper analyzes the background and significance of this research,and then studies the existing tax inspection management at home and abroad,puts forward the basic idea of the inspection system and gives the organization structure of the paper.Based on the related technologies(mainly including J2 EE technology,Structs framework technology,database technology SQL Server,etc.),which are used to develop the system.This paper analyzes and studies the various functional and non-functional requirements of the daily work of inspectors.According to the different functions,this paper divides the system into six functions: system management,inspection selection,case implementation,case handling,case query and report statistics.The system uses the UML case diagram and the use case table to describe its function requirements,and analyzes the business process of the system.Then,the overall structure of the system is designed in detail,and the architecture of the system is analyzed.The system adopts B/S structure,and use the HTML,CSS and Java Script as the front-end development language,user J2 EE as the background development language,use the SQL Server 2008 as the database,and give the system function structure,physical deployment organization and database design.Then the function of the whole architecture of the system is decomposed,and the inspection system is divided into several modules to facilitate the development and testing of the function.And the six important modules are described in detail,and design the flow chart shows the implementation of business processes within the module,through the class diagram describes the module to achieve the static structure,through the timing diagram describes the dynamic implementation of the class diagram internal structure,and the flow chart,class diagram and timing diagram are described.Finally,the inspection system is tested and analyzed,the testing phase begins with a brief introduction to the test environment,followed by a functional and non-functional test.In the functional testing phase,each module was tested with typical use cases.This system has passed the test,the test results show that the average response time of the system in less than 3 seconds,can guarantee the effectiveness of this system,and has a certain degree of security,to ensure the security of user information,at the same time,the stability of the inspection system designed in this paper is good,can satisfy the daily work of Inspection Bureau of tax inspectors on demand the system,at the same time the system has reached the expected functional requirements.
