In the process of tax inspection,tax workers need to extract and analyze data of large scale.Since data types are diverse and data growth rate is fast,manual-based tax inspection method has been unable to adapt to the new situation.It is more and more difficult to find and investigate the tax problems of enterprises.It is even more difficult to manage and analyze the case data in a unified way,to build an information platform suitable for the current tax inspection work,and to assist the tax authorities to improve the efficiency of tax inspection has become the focus of the construction of tax information.Existing information systems still have some deficiencies in functional design and can't form a unified case data management and analysis platform.In this context,this paper studies the design and implementation of the centralized management system of tax electronic audit cases combined with the actual work needs.Through information integration technology,the centralized management system collects tax-related data and historical audit case information scattered in various ta x systems,builds a unified data platform,tracks and supervises the ongoing tax audit work,and achieves performance evaluation based on data mining technology.We should make full use of historical data resources and automatically conduct audit plans to improve the efficiency of tax inspection.In the stage of requirement analysis,this paper analyzes and describes the requirement of centralized management system of tax audit cases from the functional and non-functional aspects.In the functional requirement analysis,the business boundary of the centralized management system for tax audit cases is given,and then the main activities of the system are modeled based on UML use case diagram and flow chart,including system management,data management,process management,performance appraisal and data analysis.In the non-functional requirements analysis of the centralized management system of tax electronic audit cases,the performance requirements of the system are given by the way of index.The centralized management system of tax electronic audit cases uses relational data model to model the data.The E-R diagram model of the system is given,which is further based on the E-R diagram model.The design of database information table is described.The system adopts B/S architecture.In the process of system development,MVC framework is adopted to design the interface,business logic and data of the system.In the architecture design,the system architecture audit is expounded from three aspects: system architecture,network architecture and functional architecture.In the process of detailed design and implementation of the function,the development framework is constructed with Struts 2 MVC.Five main function modules are described,and the class diagram and sequence diagram of the system function design are given.In the system management module,it mainly expounds the definition of the index,which is of great significance to discover the rules of the industry and carry out the plan;the data management module mainly expounds the design and implementation of the Kettle-based data acquisition function and the rule-based data cleaning method;the process management and performance evaluation part introduces the JF-based data acquisition function JFreeChart statistical graph generation function;data analysis includes industry analysis,index analysis and selection,in the index analysis and selection process,the outlier analysis algorithm in data mining is used.In the test process of the centralized management system of tax electronic inspection cases,the black box test method is used to test the five functional modules of the system,and the test cases are formulated,and the test results are analyzed.The performance test uses the stress test software.Based on the indexes defined in the non-functional requirements analysis,the response time,the ability to work stably and the ability to recover from failures are counted.The system test results are analyzed and verified.Whether the centralized management system of tax electronic inspection cases meets the requirements of demand analysis and the actual work of the tax bureau is calculated and realized.Comprehensive functional test and non-functional test show that the centralized management system of tax electronic audit cases developed in this paper has achieved the desired research objectives.
