Analysis And Design And Implementation Of Tax Inspection Management System

Tax audit information technology is the tax authorities fulfill audit-related datacollection, processing, application, level of law enforcement, audit managementprocess strength improvement by using information technology. In the case of electioninspectors,currently audit information technology mainly use the index weight or othermethods of the case selection.due to the complex of selected business, too manyindicators involving, the audit workload and complexity is increased, the exact causeof the election case is decreased, in addition, auditing methods are set in advance,there is a certain time lag, so the current inspection system is not a good solution to theproblem of the accuracy and efficiency of inspection.This paper analyzes and design a tax audit management system that uses the B/Sarchitecture; ASP.NET core technology, visual studio2008software development tools,SQL SERVER database, C#program development language, SQL SERVER2008datamining functionality as an option in the case of data mining tools to complete tax auditcase selection, DMX data mining language.The main work of this paper is: analyzing the organizational structure of the taxaudit, user roles and user needs and business processes tax inspectors. Special analysisof the data mining case selection process: the establishment of indicators library caseselection model, stepwise discriminator method to the selection of indicators in thelibrary index, a scientific index system, honest and dishonest taxpayers group derivedbased on Bayesian algorithm discriminator function, to achieve forecast for new cases.Then the overall tax audit system design of system implementation was introduced.The system achieved the overall tax audit workflow management. The maincharacteristic of the system, shortage and the next task is also pointed out in the paper.
