The Design And Implementation Of The Business English Online Studying System

As China has fully joined the World Trade Organization in 2015 and the world economics integrates more faster,Chinese people make international cooperation and communicate with foreigners more frequently.However there are still many managers of export-oriented companies don't know foreign languages,especially town-ship enterprises.Language problem become a large obstacle for them to communicate directly with foreign businessman,make business directly to foreign countries,enlarge oversea cooperation and markets.With the fast development of internet technologies and pace of life speeding up,online studying will become a popular way to improve by oneself.Learning English online can overcome the space and time difficulties for businessman to learning English It is a good way for businessman to learn business English.This thesis analyzed the development status of Chinese and Foreign online studying system and described the problems to solve.The thesis analyzed the requirements for the system and designed the system.It had designed a operable Business English Online Learning System.By this system,students can study online,download studying videos and course-wares,do homework,take exams,get exams scores,and take oral business exercises,etc.And the administrator teacher can upload teaching videos and course-wares,give notices,give homework and examinations and evaluate,oral teaching,etc.There are basic English courses as English grammar,article learning,vocabulary fast memory,but also business English courses including business English knowledge,business English writing,business English talking,etc.The studying system should be quite interactive and provides the users a comprehensive web experience.To suit users' requirement,the system should be easy to use,friendly,flexible,useful,efficient,secure,to fulfill businessman online studying.Business English Online studying System applies newly dynamic website development language JSP(Java Server Pages),to construct a dynamic business English studying website on internet.It uses B/S structure,Object Oriented technology,on Struts technology MVC mode basis,to divide the system.It uses Access 2010 as database platform,and high efficient server end program pattern like Servlet as back stage controlling pattern.JSP program works at front stage,and Servelet accepts users' input,and Tomcat net information service works as application server.We also use website development software such as Dreamweaver,Flash,Photoshop and scripting language such as XHTML,CSS,JAVASCRITP to designe and beautify the web pages.About the thesis structure,the first chapter gives a brief introduction of the system development background,online studying system research status,and the system itself.The second chapter introduces the courses designed in this system.The third chapter talks about requirement analysis.It describes the principles for design the system and the functions to fulfill,and data requirements and nonfunctional requirements.The forth chapter is the design of the overall structure for the system.It determines the system overall structure and core functions,and describes the functional structure.The fifth chapter is about the system detailed design and implementation,including module design,database design,and system implementation.The six chapter is the test for the system function and safety,and integrates the system.
