With the rapid development of science and technology and the progress of modern physics,the development and application of various particle accelerators have been greatly improved.As an important tool to assist modern scientific progress,particle accelerators have been widely used in many fields.The realization of the function of the particle accelerator and its normal operation are closely related to the corresponding power supply system.Therefore,this project aims at the urgent need of the rapid development of domestic accelerator for high voltage power supply,and designs a 300 kV DC high voltage power supply for accelerator.In this paper,the development of accelerators at home and abroad is analyzed,as well as the impact of high-voltage power supply technology on accelerator development.Through the research and comparison of various high-voltage power supply technology schemes,the switching mode power supply based on AC-DC-AC-DC as the main circuit structure is determined,and the overall design scheme of the power supply system is given.Secondly,according to the structure of the power supply system,each part of the circuit is studied and designed in turn.The main circuit uses the APFC boost topology consisting of Boost(active power correction)circuit,the PWM type full bridge inverter circuit and multilevel voltage doubler rectifier circuit combination,through the effective transmission of high-frequency high-voltage transformer to power.And detailed analysis,calculation and design of the above parts of the circuit.In addition,according to the specific requirements of the power supply system,the design of high frequency and high voltage transformer has been systematically studied and studied.In this paper,the specific design using the classical AP method,is the core of the transformer primary and secondary selection,number of turns and wire diameter calculation,which involves the environment of high frequency skin effect,the transformer and the later paint optimization work have made detailed description.Finally,after the completion of theoretical analysis,circuit design and device shaping,a prototype of power supply was successfully fabricated,and the main parameters were tested.The results show that the output of the system is stable,and all the indexes meet the design requirements.
