Design And Implementation Of Data Management Platform Of The State Administration Of Taxation

With the advent of the era of big data,big data and cloud computing are increasingly valued by enterprises and institutions due to their advanced technology,therefore,building own big data cloud platform also became the first choice of enterprises and institutions.The state administration of taxation in order to make full use of data analysis capabilities of big data and resource sharing capabilities of cloud computing,and set up the administration of their own big data cloud platform,and big data analysis system is developed on the platform.Due to the system to deal with the amount of data is too big,and there are many different kinds of data resources,therefore,be badly in need of construction data management platform to management of these data,therefore,the design and implementation of data management platform is on the schedule.The data management platform mainly includes three application functions and one data service function.The data service function consists of metadata collection and service function module,and data processing running in the background.Three application functions include data asset management function module,data security management function module,data quality management function module.The data asset management function module is to manage and display the data resources in the big data analysis system,and also to monitor the data processing of big data analysis system.Data security management function module is for big data analysis system of the management of the security of the data,including the definition of security level of sensitive data access records and monitoring applications such as safety related management work.Data quality management function module is in the process of big data analysis system of data processing,data quality problems that may occur,such as data processing caliber and application,data processing quality is low,the function of the monitoring and management module.The data management platform consists of three application functions and one data service function,and the big data analysis system is mutually complementary and mutually beneficial.The data management platform can be used to monitor and manage the large data analysis system,and it also alleviates the labor intensity of the data management.This subject focuses on the system demand determination of the data management platform construction process,and the selection of various technologies and the realization of the system are fully elaborated and summarized.In this paper,we design the data management platform by adopting object-oriented thinking,combining with various systems and network architectures.In the detailed design stage of the system to design the system application function according to the related business,and the database design work according to the relevant application function.In the system development stage,using JavaEE and MySQL database technology,use unified norms in software development work,safeguard the unity of system code,readable,easy expansibility and maintainability.In system testing,based on the principles of various test,make full use of various test rules,the function of the application testing,to ensure that the system after the launch can be stable,efficient and safe operation.After a year of research and development,the data management platform has been launched with the big data analysis system.The big data analysis system,which is guaranteed by the data management platform,is stable in operation of the system after its operation.The data processing and processing are efficient,and the system environment is safe and reliable.To meet the needs of the leaders of various bureaus of the general administration and various business managers,and provide reliable decision-making support for tax collection and management.
