Data Mining Technology In Tax Collection And Management Decision-making

Now, Data Mining (DM) research is developing very quickly, the stage of information development in the Tax Administration System(TAS) is turned from expansion to the stage of data integration. However, the projects relate to DM in TAS is lack. Therefore, the research and how to use the technique of DM in TAS has the important theories meaning with the actuality worth.There are three main research objects in this paper. First, we discuss the technique of data preprocess and data integration in DM and study the Association Rule method in DM. Second, with the data created by management information systems (MIS) of TAS, an example of data preprocess and data integration is given. Third, we introduce the application research . An example of how to calculate with these data is given. The efficiency of the Apriori algorithm is also be analyzed.This paper is devoted to:Chapter 1: Introducing the background knowledge of the tax administration business, and research and application present of the technique of data warehouse and DM at the tax administration system. Analyzing the applied foreground and how to use the techniques of DM in TAS.Chapter 2: Expatiating the cognition of the relevant knowledge of the theories of DM, analyzing the DM definition , contents to study , function, common-used technique and current research direction.Chapter 3: Analyzing the method of data preprocess, discussing how to concentrates the data of several relations database, how to apply cleaning, integration, transformation, reduction in the process of data preprocessing, and giving an example .Chapter 4: Discussing the Association Rule analysis method, analysis the Apriori method and give an improvement way. Through the regular analysis of the Association Rule.Chapter 5: Inducing the summarize, propounding further research direction of the technique DM.In particular we make two primary contributions. First, through the analysis and comparison of the theories of DM, we discuss the algorithm and the theory of engineering technique about it. We also analyze an example of Apriori algorithm. Thisanalysis will actualizeDM applications is TAS. Second, The Association Rule is one of the main research objects in this paper. We discuss how to launch the data preprocessing applications with the now-used MIS, and an example of data preprocessing is offered.
