Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of computer technology and economy,the competition among the group companies in our country is extremely fierce.The requirements of enterprise management and the optimized allocation of resources are more refined.The quality of enterprise information is more accurate and timely.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect Enterprise management information system,to achieve a high degree of integration and sharing of internal information for the group to clear the management of the respective units in the management of decision-making,implementation and supervision.Therefore,the traditional financial management mode cannot meet the requirements of YANGQUAN COAL INDUSTRY(GROUP)CO.,LTD.As a large group company with 36 branches and 39 holding subsidiaries,Yangquan Coal(Group)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Yangquan Coal),in order to enhance the Group's management and control ability,further effectively control costs and enhance the economic benefits of the Company,It decided to implement the informatization management in the headquarters of the Group as a pilot project and establish the corresponding core business system platform of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning).The main problems faced by this group of companies lie in the fact that the business systems and financial systems of various companies exist in the form of isolated islands with their own coding and completely non-integration;the cost management function is weak and there is no daily cost accounting and cost analysis can be conducted at the end of the month;The company's data timely and effective delivery.Therefore,in order to make the financial information more accurate and timely,it is necessary to improve the quality of the financial information.To make the internal information highly integrated and shared,it is necessary to implement the financial information management system for the enterprise.SAP(Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing)system based on ABAP(Advanced Business Application Programming)language and its implementation methodology,according to the needs of company management,on-site research and analysis of the company differentiated,described the current status of the enterprise,based on current issues and The enterprise needs to put forward feasible implementation plan and carry out systematic design and implementation,meanwhile it provides a reference solution to the problems foreseen in the implementation process.This paper mainly introduces the design of the enterprise information management in the financial system and implementation of the system mainly implements the six modules:general ledger accounting management accounts receivable accounts payable management of fixed assets management of cost accounting management financial management analysis.System after the operation can be built in the group organization more multi-level financial accounting and financial management system,and can meet the needs of the group company's rapid development and flexible definition and adjustments,including a requirement that is able to run the system support merger and reorganization of financial organization in the process of resolution,organization adjustment,after the adjustment of financial organization can still carried out in accordance with the group organization levels management relations more effective management step by step,so as to realize the maximization of corporate interests.
