As the market economy system continuous develops in China,the regulations of tax system are also improving gradually.The way that enterprises used to invoice cannot follow the development of enterprises as the management of taxation becomes more and more stricter nowadays.Furthermore,it leads to obvious enterprises' tax risk,especially for those large enterprises.In the real-world applications,there exists lots of problems in product oil invoice management,such as data is not shared,data volume is large,the amount in the invoice and in the system is not easy to check,invoices statistics are not easy to query,invoices are not easy to control and invoicing efficiency is low.To address the problems mentioned above,we need to design and implement the product oil invoice management system,in order to standardized the management process,control the invoicing process and simplify the process of all kinds of invoice.Specifically,first of all,based on the problems existed in the existing product oil invoice management process,we analyze the system requirements in depth.Accordingly,we summarize the function modules and the use case diagrams for the product oil invoice management system.Then,according to the function modules and the use case diagrams,we design the data-flow graphs and database for the system based on the UML modeling approach.After that,we implement the customer management module,personnel management module,invoicing module,invoice information and outlier detection module,based on the B/S framework and using.NET technology.Finally,we test all the function modules and the results show that the product oil invoice management system meets our needs very well.
