In recent years,the rapidly developing 3D printing technology has provided a great convenience for our life.Especially,4D printing technology achieves the spatial dimension and time dimension of the unity,and will have a profound impact on industrial design and manufacturing.Given to this situation,the thesis presents a personalized program of 3D layered printing,which realizes the 3D layered printing control system,and lays a good foundation for 4D printing technology.In this thesis,we discuss the composition principle of 3D layered printing control system,and center on the designing of hardware system which includes the main control system,model slicing storage module,PTZ printing control module,thermal spray control module,hot bed control module and auxiliary circuit module and so on.Specially,we give the realization scheme of the software system,and the program modules such as layered printing parameters acquisition module,thermal spray and hot bed temperature control module,PTZ motion control module and LCD display module are designed in detail,which have realized the layered scheduling control of 3D printing.Finally,the designed system can meet the design requirements by printing actual parts.
