3D printing is a new type of material manufacturing technology,and high-precision printing may lead to a new round of industrial revolution.Therefore,high-precision printing has become a research hotspot.Through the development of 3D printing technology gradually into the civilian market,attracting domestic and international attention and interest.Taking Fused deposition modeling(FDM)as an example,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of printing by discussing the principle of 3D printer.From the perspective of motion control,the paper puts forward the idea of 3D subdivision stepping motor motion subdivision control,analyzes and compares the traditional PID,fuzzy PID neural network PID control algorithm,the main work as fllows:First,the analysis of the impact of printing accuracy of materials,processes,stepper motor motion control and other factors,and the influence of motion control on 3D printing accuracy is analyzed emphatically;Secondly,Stepping motor as the implementation of the entire 3D printing system components,determines the accuracy of the motion control system,through the establishment of two-phase hybrid stepping motor model,the controllability of the motor is analyzed.From improving the control accuracy,the subdivision control idea of stepping motor is put forward.Thirdly,a new fuzzy PID and neural network PID stepping motor subdivision control algorithm is proposed,and the simulation results show that the response speed of the proposed algorithm is improved and the robustness is better than that of the traditional PID control algorithm.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the accuracy of 3D printing.
