Along with the advancement of the 21 st century,the progress of science and technology is getting faster and faster,network technology and information technology development has been widely applied to all levels and fields.In recent years,in order to solve the environmental pollution and traffic congestion and other issues,the government has increased the promotion of electric vehicles.Time-sharing leasing of electric vehicles is generated under this background.In the operation of electric vehicles timeshare rental,the vehicle management is a very important part.How to combine information technology and vehicle management,different state,different types and different nature of the vehicle for the unity of informatization and network management,has become the enterprise management one of the important work of information and production information.Therefore,the most important work of realization of electric vehicle time-sharing leasing automation and information management is to establish a good electric vehicle time-sharing leasing platform.Based on the background of the development of electric vehicle time-sharing leasing,this paper explains and analyzes the benefits and significance of developing electric vehicle time-sharing leasing platform.At the same time,combining with domestic and foreign trends and research status of various electric vehicles time-sharing leasing platform,explain the future developing space.By analyzing the examples,understanding the vehicle interactive information and vehicle data information of electric vehicles time-sharing leasing platform,and getting the functional modules of this paper,and then analyzed and explained the database design,detailed functional design and overall design of the system,and then according to design and requirements analysis part of the system to test the implementation,and finally explain and analyze present problems and how to improve the system in the future.In this paper,we use UML modeling technology to carry out business case analysis,use Java language carry out systematic development and implementation work,through the MySQL database access and query data of electric vehicle time-sharing leasing platform,and through the remote terminal technology achieve the remote operation of electric vehicle time-sharing.In this paper,the electric vehicle time-sharing leasing platform mainly includes basic data management,site and vehicle management,transaction management,vehicle tracking management,vehicle fault declaration and maintenance management and system management functions.The electric vehicle time-sharing leasing platform analyzed in the paper has been put into the actual operation.The platform can realize the standardization of electric vehicle management,realize the dynamic data flow of customers and company vehicle management personnel on the same platform,centralized acquisition,and comprehensively enhance the sharing integration,management and efficiency of electric vehicle management.But also,provide real-time statistical analysis report for vehicle management and related leadership,provide different levels of information support for enterprise management and decision-making plan,promote the deep integration of information technology and enterprise management,enhance the overall information level and core competitiveness of the company,and promote the upgrading of service industries and sustainable development.
