ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a necessary management tool for modern enterprises, and the global economic integration has promoted its construction anddevelopment. ERP management platform as a platform for enterprise resource management, not only inherits the excellent management ideas, but also greatly enhanced the ability of enterprise management resources, the enterprise management range from its internal expansion to the entire production and management supply chain, support more flexible management methods, improve the enterprise management decision-making and analysis capabilities, to the enterprise into a very strong vitality. The advanced ERP concept has been verified in the enterprise management, and has become a hot research and application of the enterprises in the world.After the merging of XX bank 13 branches, operating leasing business volume increased sharply, numerous contract information, customer information, business information assets, rent meter, rent receipts and payments information, booking situation is in urgent need of an effective management system to deal with. In addition, the operating lease management is not an isolated system of XX bank, need linkage with other systems of ERP financial management system implementation, which includes operating lease rental management system in business assets must be derived from the fixed asset management system already exists and can be used for rental assets due to operating lease management system; this research is aimed at banks, unlike other housing rental management system is, each lease transaction occurs the accounting entries to the general ledger system must be large, and real time new accounts ledger ledger system; operating lease management system input information will be transmitted to the lease contract amount tax management system is used to calculate the stamp tax, the rent received for tax management system calculating the property tax.At the beginning of the implementation of the XX bank management and lease management system, there are many problems, including the imperfect system and the incomplete knowledge of the system. So far, the user of this system has been very familiar with, has been able to solve many of the autonomyProblem, for the user, the system is successful.This paper is based on ERP Oracle’s financial management platform for the management of the bank’s management, can effectively improve the accuracy of information, timely maintenance and update information, and real-time information feedback to the enterprise or company management personnel, to facilitate management personnel to make accurate business decisions; can give full play to the computer information management system to search quickly, storage convenience, high security, good reliability, easy to print, etc.. The management and lease management system of XX bank development is simple and neat, the operation speed is fast, the operation is convenient, and the processing efficiency is high, which has a high degree of scalability, security, portability and easy maintenance.
