In the traditional car rental model,Car rental service providers need to rent service points and parking spaces,recruit people into the service points as the person in charge,and users need to handle tedious car rental procedures,car rental time is also not flexible,these features led to the drawbacks of the traditional car rental model is increasingly evident.In recent years,foreign time-sharing leasing projects have greatly improved the traditional car rental model and developed rapidly,however,it still does not apply to the complicated situation in the country.for example,domestic users are accustomed to using mobile phones for consumer services.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a time-sharing system that suits our national conditions.The system is divided into four modules,which includes car service module,personal identification information module,order module and wallet module.Car service module provides users with car service.First of all,through the Bluetooth technology,the system achieves the goal that users could use the phone to control the vehicle to open the door and close the door.Second,the system improve the safety of cars through the certification by communicating between mobile cellphones,car communication terminals and remote servers.Furthermore,the system uses certain algorithms and rules to extend the range allowed by the return of the car and to standardize the way the car is returned,thus solving the problem of lack of dedicated parking spaces and vehicle parking disorders.Personal identity module provides the authenticity of personal identity,personal driving qualifications and eligibility for deposit-free eligibility.The order module consists of a pre-order and a formal order combination,this form can be more real record of the actual car and more accurate billing.Wallet module provides wallet recharge function,checking the flow of funds function and invoicing function.The system uses the WebAPI framework based on the DotNET platform to handle HTTP requests,and uses JSON format as data transfer format.The system uses RSA algorithm to encryption data,and uses DotNet Socket framework to handle the communication between the server and the vehicle communication terminal.Based on the above needs,A time sharing rental system for new energy vehicles is designed,which realize that the user can easily rent a car,drive a car,and returned a car simply by using a cellphone,this greatly enhance the people's travel experience,has a good application prospects.
