Design And Implementation Of Tax Inspection Data Statistical Analysis And Reporting System

With the rapid development of network technology and PC technology,the development of information resources is rapid,provides unimaginable service and convenience for all sectors of the network users.The Internet has more and more bearing this demand and service users.Tax inspection data management the traditional model has to keep pace with the times.How effective tax inspection data management is the focus of the work of the tax inspection department was solid.The computer technology and information technology is applied to the tax inspection data management,not only reduce labor costs and improve tax collection efficiency,and optimize the tax inspection work environment.So information the tax inspection data statistical analysis system has gradually become the tax inspection authority to strengthen internal management and improve the efficiency of the establishment of a tool.It is the general trend of the present situation of the current tax inspection that the information system of the statistical analysis process and the management mechanism of the tax inspection data.The main work of this paper includes three aspects:1.Aim at the National Tax Bureau of Jining district management confusion,and cannot be efficient management of tax inspection data,this paper summarized the relevant data to improve the development of various functions of the system,so as to realize the centralized scheduling and management system of tax inspection data.Statistical data analysis and reporting system is divided into five functional modules.The data management module,statements management module,data analysis module,system management module,integrated query module,each of the core function module is divided into several small functional modules.Data analysis and reporting system is the main topic of development suitable for the basic level and tax inspection institutions.2.In order to satisfy the system of data acquisition,storage,extraction,analysis of the demand,based on the analysis of functional requirements of the system,this study adopts Web design mode based on MVC,using HTML+JS as the presentation layer,Servlet as the controller,JDBC database operation as the three layer architecture of data access layer.System modeling using UML unified modeling tools,data storage system adopting SQL Server 2008 database technology,makes full use of existing network and information technology,constructing the information management platform of Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu tax inspection data use,collection and extraction requirements of data to facilitate the tax inspectors.3.Aim at the Jining IRS cannot automatic statistical analysis of tax data,still using artificial way of data management view of the problem,at the same time in order to adapt to daily use of staff,this study statistics and create reports using JXL and Active X technology,and should be combined with Office system and office,provides clear statistical results the data for the inspection personnel,so as to realize the data acquisition and analysis,reporting and other business operations,system expansibility and maintainability.According to the statistics of the tax inspection system management and operation process,analysis,design,the system is divided into five functional modules,and gives the concrete realization of the design scheme of the system,and the system is deployed and tested.After deployment and test results show that the feasibility and effectiveness of the system to meet the design requirements.In this paper,the system developed realizes the data management mechanism of the tax inspection information,and effectively improve the efficiency of the tax audit data management.
