| When designing a database structure ,it is difficult do deal with records which have variety length. We should consider more on the structure if the database is mainly used in query. Aim at the peculiarities of Ch. herbal medicine database,this paper put forward a solution on constructing the database.At last ,we also applied the method of Fuzzy cluster theory to the classification of Ch. Herbal medicine,it offered some foundations on development of Ch. Herbal medicine.
