Application Study Of Digital Library's Semantic Service Based On Linked Data

With the rapid development of technology,information resources and people's needs,most of the digital library retrieval results cannot meet the needs of users when people go to search.Since the traditional information service offers semantic services,it gradually become popular.Semantic service is based on the semantic relationship between the objects.It needs to use a certain transfer turning resources into semantic,and can express by use a readable form computer,which let people understand the user's specific needs when searching it.Thus,the semantic services goal achieves.Linked data become the best way to practice it.RDF data model of Linked data can ensure it has semantics,RDF file contains many has a URI identifying the data resources,people can use the URI/HTTP mechanism get our desired digital resources.The paper first analyzes the related literature of Linked data and digital library semantic services,and understands its application.It still in the initial stage since the Linked data in order to improve semantic service application research on digital library cannot attention widely.Second,according to the concept of related theory and the semantic aggregation and semantic retrieval of digital library resources is the foundation of the semantic services in digital library,this essay analyze both in theory and actual case,and provides a systematic understanding on Linked data of digital library semantic service.At last,after compare the common software,I choose Parliament which RDF standard compatible high-performance storage engine for practical application,the experimental study and analysis on the Parliament storage engines on the journal articles,books,dissertations,conference articles and newspaper articles five different types of resources for the semantic fusion,use the Parliament for semantic retrieval.Improves the sharing and reusing of resources and the semantic service ability,and also summarize the advantages and disadvantages in the experiment about Parliament and Linked data in semantic services.This can provide reference for the future development of digital library semantic service practice.
