With the advent of the era of the Semantic Web, library bibliographic infor mation is applying with MARC format, However, the dispersed and heterogeneou s data form lead to the result which bibliographic data could not be connected, b ut the dominant and invisible relationships have existed in the bibliographic data could not be fully excavated and used too. linked data provide the possibility to solve the above problem. Research on linked of the bibliographic data has alread y become hot spot in the study, in foreign countries abroad overseas, the earlier theory about library bibliographic linked data the aspects is developed earlier and relatively mature. and through publishing library bibliographic linked data in the p ractical application to discovery bibliographic data linking have existed problems, and its main research direction focused on two aspects which bibliographic data t hrough improved cataloging rules and unified RDF vocabularies bibliographic data to simplify the way to build linked relationship; while domestic bibliographic lin ked data due to the late start of aspects, mainly research focus on building linke d relationship aspects between bibliographic data, but the relevant research of bibli ographic data linked relationships construction mostly are relied on a single mode of cataloging rules based on the bibliographic dataIn this paper, mainly hopes to explore the key issues of linked relationships construct and bibliographic data linking process based on library. With especially emphasis on the process of similarity algorithms that constructed linking bibliogra phic data based on two Cataloging Rules AACR and FRBR, and proposed the m odel of bibliographic data linked relationship automatic construction. In the second chapter, introduces the basic theory knowledge of linked data and bibliographic d ata, and introduces two cataloging rules of AACR and FRBR applied in the librar y in the library currently. Chapter three, firstly, the author summarizes the basic process of bibliographic data linked construction, secondly, analyzed the process of constructing bibliographic record generated based on the different cataloguing r ules, and described the process of RDF construction data detailed, and analyzed t he RDF tools applying in current. Chapter four is the most important content in t he paper, the author using different algorithms to solve the problem of bibliograph ic data linked relationships construction based on the two cataloging rules of AA CR and FRBR. The paper discussed the relative algorithms choose from bibliogra phic data equivalent linked relationships construction and non-equivalent the linked relationships construction which is talking the complex of linked relationships int o consideration. Chapter five, proposed the model of bibliographic data linked rela tionships automatic construction associated with relative algorithms of bibliographic linked data construction, and proposed establishment of sample sets using stratifie d sampling which method is exploiting computer simulation calculation to solve th e problems of judgment threshold calculation of single propriety bibliographic data linked relationships and algorithms selection of multiple proprieties bibliographic data linked relationships. Finally, this paper summarizes the whole research conten t of this study and creative points, and forecasts the prospect of research directions.
