Since 1980's,with the development of China's reform and opening up,the national economy,science and technology and cultural industries have been developing rapidly.China's radio and television media is also accompanied by the pace of the market,and gradually to the fine,intensive direction.In order to meet the market demand,improve the quality of the program,enhance the loyalty of the audience,all levels of television has gradually introduced a variety of program evaluation system.However,with the progress of Internet technology and the rapid development,the maturing of IPTV,smart TV,smart phones,iPad and other ratings of equipment and the birth of universal,and mobile Internet technology,traditional media ecology and the audience media consumption behavior is undergoing irreversible changes.Traditional TV programs are also faced with new environment and new challenges,so these traditional TV programs are trying to make new efforts.Because of this,previous limited to the end of the TV program evaluation,or is confined to the ratings data,satisfaction survey program evaluation,have been unable to meet the needs of the changing media market and the program innovation and reform.Based on the above reasons,this paper carried out the research on the KPI evaluation system of multimedia communication effect of TV programs.To attempt to Mass Communication Theory as the foundation,through the comparison and analysis of the current television media at all levels are using a program evaluation system,and under the environment of multimedia television propagation path analysis,and the introduction of the concept of management of key performance index method,finally obtains the KPI evaluation indices for television programs of the new media environment,and construct the corresponding assessment system,ultimately through a combination of "Running Man"(Zhejiang Satellite)in the second quarter data results of feasibility analysis of the existing system.
