With the rapid development of multimedia technology and informationtechnology, media arts, as a new kind of audio-visual art form, is now widelyused in many fields. Multimedia as a powerful information-carrying tool, isincreasingly affecting people’s lives. The multimedia program interface is aninteractive visual platform between the audience and the multimediatechnology, and is the most direct part of the interaction of users withmultimedia programs. With a large number of outputs of multimedia programs, more and more are required on the design of multimedia programminginterface, as well as on designers, designers should always keep the spirit ofinnovation and continue to reflect the new thinking. In recent years, more and more scenes interface in multimedia programs. However, there is not a complete theoretical system of design scene interfaceof multimedia programs so far. In the field of art and design,"practice aheadwhile the theoretical lag" signs exists everywhere. Compared with theconventional interface, it is easier for the scene–based interface to create arealistic sense of space, with a simple, natural way to interact with visors, to beperceived by the visors physiologically and make them immersive. The paper focuses mainly on analysis and research on the “scene of themultimedia program interface” and is divided into four parts. In the first part, thepurpose and significance of the scene of the multimedia program interface arestudied. Secondly, on the basis of a clear concept of multimedia programscene interface, it is classified from different perspectives, and the advantagesand disadvantages of multimedia program scene interface are summarized inthe method of illustration analysis. Thirdly, in-depth analysis is done on thetheoretical method of shaping the space sense of the multimedia programsScene interface both macroscopically and microscopically, combined with thecharacters of multimedia programs and referring to design theory of film and television animation, flat-screen, three-dimensional, color, light and shadow, architecture, painting, and many other disciplines. The fourth part elaboratesthe prospects for the development of the design of the multimedia programinterface scene from the artistic and technical levels. This paper aims to build a theoretical system of multimedia programscene interface design, and to lay a foundation for the scene interface designeducation and practice in future.
