Nowadays, the database technology has already gone deep into to each field,information society filled with a lot of unstructured data, such as image, audio and other multimedia data. And the traditional database adept structured data, resulting in a long time, multimedia data is operating system management, and stored as a file on the computer. So how to solve the management and operation of multimedia data is a pressing problem.PAR method and PAR platform is a new software development method for realizing algorithm design and proof presented by the team of Jin-yun Xue, support for custom types can be automatically generated and run generic programs, database programs, and interface design procedures and other procedures. PAR platform database generation system describe database management and operations in the form of relational algebra, making database generation system reliability and accuracy is assured. But after tested a lot of Apla test cases, there are many imperfections need to improve in the Apla â†' Java database program generation system. In this paper, as a follow-up study of Apla â†' Java database generation system, the purpose is to improve the database system, for the practical application of research and development of database program. Based on the amended database system, Analysis of the multimedia management and operation mechanism of Oracle database, adding connection to the database by JDBC, achieved the management and operation mechanism of multimedia data.In the paper, with Oracle database backend DBMS, accordance with Oracle in multimedia data processing statements to develop appropriate methods in widget library, amplification Apla language rules, in the form of a relational operation description SQL language delete and update operations. Follow the relational algebra described in Apla multimedia data management and method of operation, making the development of multimedia data applications have been theoretically support,optimization and validation. Finally, testing the Apla â†' Java database program generation system by large of test cases, certifying that the work has basically reached the expected goal, having significance and practical value for the development of PAR platform.The main innovation of this paper are:1) defined multimedia language conversion rules, use relational operators instead of delete and update operation described operation of multimedia data;2) Realization of multimedia data operations management mechanism.
