With the continuous development of information security and integrated circuit technologies,portable devices with the core of cryptographic chip have been widely used in daily life,such as online banking,smart card and so on.It provides many conveniences to people's life.However,the energy consumption,running time,electromagnetic radiation and other physical information of the cryptographic chip are correlated with the processed data.Thus,attackers may use the leakage physical information of cryptographic chip to implement side channel attacks(SCA),and obtain key information.In series methods of side channel attack,differential power analysis(DPA)technology is a typical and effective attack method.It has become a serious threat to the information security of cryptographic chip.Therefore,various types of resistant DPA attack based on power independent has researched.In this paper,we mainly study the physical unclonable functions(PUF)circuit and sense amplifier based logic(SABL)circuit,realize efficient defense DPA attacks.PUF circuit is a "features of DNA identification technology" in the chip field.It generates infinite number of unique,random and unpredictable keys by extracting the complex physical properties of the chip.So,the realization of the output data is only related to the process deviation,and independent with the power consumption.SABL circuit is a dynamic dual rail pre-charge circuit.Through the introduction of pre-charging technology enable output circuit with constant turnover rate,SABL circuit has the characteristics of constant power.So,it is theory implemented that SABL circuit can completely eliminate the correlation between power circuit and the data processing.The main research contents include the following parts:1.Design of PUF circuit based on bridge unbalance effect: Firstly,by analyzing of bridge unbalanced effect,and combining with the design characteristics of PUF circuit,we use imbalance of four arm bridge as the deviation signal generating circuit to get two random bias voltage due to process variation.Then the voltage sensitive amplifier is compared with the different input voltages.The output signal data is generated.So as to realize the PUF circuit with high randomness.2.Design of PUF circuit based on monostable timing deviation: Firstly,after anglicizing the self identity physical properties of monostable circuit and mismatch situation,a long-range timing design method is proposed.Then,the monostable circuit is used to generate a timing deviation signal,and two timing deviation signals are chosen by multiplexer through challenge signal.TheSR-based arbiter circuit determines the output signal,and the ultimate realization of the high recognition of the PUF circuit.3.Design of resistant DPA attack reconfigurable adder based on SABL: By studying the principle of traditional carry lookahead adder,a 4 bit carry lookahead adder circuit with performance of resistant DPA attack is obtained by combining the characteristics of SABL circuit.Then a 16 bit reconfigurable carry lookahead adder circuit is composed based on the 4 bit carry lookahead adder circuit.It supports four 8 bit data or two 16 bit data add operation.4.Design of resistant DPA attack shift register based on SABL: By researching on the principle of traditional shift registers and SABL circuit,the shift register circuit implements with clear set D flip-flop using the principle of master-slave flip-flop.Then the D flip-flop and SABL logic gates are integrated to design a 4 bit shift register circuit.The proposed circuit has the function of defense differential power analysis,left shift,right shift,input and output in parallel.In this paper,the total proposed circuit schemes are designed under 65 nm CMOS TSMC process parameters.These circuits are simulated by the tool of Spectre.The results show that the logic function of the circuit is correct,and the related performance parameters have been optimized obviously.
