With the development of wireless network transmission technology for streaming media and the rise of intelligent mobile terminals,how to ensure high-quality video transmission to meet user needs has become a hot topic in today's research.For the wireless video surveillance system which is widely used in various fields of society,to ensure the quality of video transmission is a challenging and far-reaching work.Under the premise of video surveillance as the application scenario,this paper studies the matching of video transmission and wireless network environment based on the principle of system composition,video coding,video transmission and other related streaming media technolog.Firstly,The RTP/RTCP feedback control mechanism is used to obtain the network parameters,including packet loss rate,round trip time and network jitter.The design of the double sliding window mechanism is used to deal with and forecast the packet loss rate and the low-pass filter is used to smooth the round trip time.Secondly,By optimizing the RAP algorithm,this paper proposes the optimization algorithm.The packet loss rate,the round trip time and the network jitter parameter value are used as the system network judgment basis in the RAP optimization algorithm to calculate the video output rate adapted to the current network environment.At the end of this paper,the wireless video surveillance system which is added to the adaptive video transmission module,is designed and realized.According to the RAP optimization algorithm,it dynamically adjust and control the transmission rate and image resolution of the original video stream to adapt to the dynamic and variable wireless network environment and output the appropriate video Stream.This paper analyzes the principle and related technology of video surveillance system comprehensively,fully considers the rate control problem in the video transmission process,and puts forward the adaptive rate control and transmission scheme applied in the wireless video surveillance system to solve the video delay,packet loss,jitter and other issues based on the wireless network transmission.The system has a higher network sensitivity,to ensure that the video image real-time,fluency and clarity,and the video transmission quality has been effectively improved.
