Children as a special group of patients are referred to by pediatricians as "non-speaking patients".It doesn't mean that they really can't speak but can't accurately express their own illness,which has given doctors a great difficulty in diagnosing the disease,while doctors also listen to more than one parents(at least two,more than six)different description of the condition.This is also one of the important reasons for children's hospital doctor-patient conflict far more than adult hospital.In today's society,the contradiction between doctors and patients has become a serious social problem,children's hospital is the hardest hit.In Children 's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,there have been many incidents of malignant injury and some events have caused extremely bad social impact.Although children's hospital now spend a lot of manpower and material resources from a variety of perspectives to ease the doctor-patient contradictions in the study,but almost from the service design point of view systematically considered ways to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients.The reasons for the contradiction between doctors and patients are varied,but can be summarized as medical and non-medical problems.The medical problems are not involved in service design.However,non medical problems can be alleviated or even solved through service design.This project has studied a large number of domestic and foreign children hospital service design case and literature,select Children 's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University as a design service object material.From the medical staff,parents,children point of view in-depth analysis of how the service design should be involved in the remedy of doctors and patients.Through interviews,followers and observation and other research methods foundthat service design can be involved in non-medical problems can be divided into medical treatment waiting time is too long,parents do not understand the situation of children's hospitals,medical procedures are not clear and so on.This project is based on desktop research,field research,demand insight and so on.Through interviews,follow-up and observation methods,found that service design can be involved in non-medical problems can be roughly divided into hospital waiting time is too long,parents don't understand the situation of the hospital,medical treatment flow is not clear and so on.Medical treatment process is not clear and so on.Based on the understanding of the complexity of the user community and the complexity of the problem itself,combined with the nature and characteristics of the digital media design profession to design a comprehensive,user-friendly,easy to use digital media and through the questionnaire to locate its target The user group is 20 to 45 years old among young parents.Digital medical media include Network service terminals,Mobile terminal APP,On-site service terminal.They are on the information architecture of children's hospital Existing official website,Wechat APP and On-site self-service machine were optimized,retain the original utility function,the function of the children with the treatment of non functional summary together and add some parents need function,at the same time to establish a new and friendly user interface.This project for the children's Hospital of digital medical research field,the starting point is to alleviate the hospital waiting time is too long,parents don't understand the situation of the hospital,medical treatment flow is not clear.Let parents and children in the existing environment faster,better medical treatment.National Economic and Social Development the thirteenth five-year plan outlined in the mobile Internet rapid development of the positive impact on the medical industry,which can prove that the subject to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients and improve the efficiency of medical treatment is of great significance.
