The consolidated statement is an important data source for business analysis,management policy and strategy formulation of an enterprise group.However,with the development of diversified enterprise groups,the frequent equity transactions and internal transactions,most of the enterprises are faced with the heavy workload of the preparation of consolidated financial statements,especially the defects in timeliness,accuracy,standardization and dynamic management,so it is the N group.The operating status of manual preparation of consolidated financial statements do not reflect the actual group based on the actual situation of the market,which led to the strategy and enterprise group make inconsistent,thus affecting the development of the entire group strategy,dynamic obstacle group of the complex and changeable market adaptation.In order to make the enterprise out of the predicament,the implementation of the consolidated system instead of manual preparation is necessary,to ensure the high efficiency,accuracy and standardization of financial statements of the consolidated data can clearly,timely and accurately show,make strategies and policies to meet the actual business,which play a role in strategic formulation and the.Hyperion financial platform occupies the largest platform for mergers and acquisitions at home and abroad.As a platform,it can be used as a reference for other groups.From the establishment of consolidated information system perspective,this thesis describes the research background,purpose and significance of the topic,and the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the consolidated system research contents and methods of this paper.Then,taking the N group as a case,the paper studies how the enterprise group uses the Hyperion platform to establish a suitable consolidated reporting system.Starting from the manual preparation of consolidated financial statements and the combination status system needs in the course of the study,the overall construction stand in the perspective of financial management information system platform,from local to the whole,from the combined system architecture design,process design,functional design to the design and integration of other systems,ensure the whole group ERP system information transfer,avoid the "island" effect.After the design of the whole system level,start the design to ensure the system function of the system dimension,data acquisition,reconciliation report,user management,approval process and system integration rules,N group financial management system information platform.The application results show that the N group has the following advantages: automatic data acquisition,calibration,adjustment,cancellation,display and other functions,to establish the integrated accounting system,and data sharing and unified financial reporting platform,to adapt to the diversified pattern of enterprise group,to reduce human intervention,to enhance the visibility of information to meet the demand,internal and external information and decision support system;accelerate the construction of the overall layout of the N group financial information system and provide timely and accurate information for budget monitoring and BI system show;provides a model design for implementation of other consolidated reporting system,is of great significance.
