Design Of Mobile Policing App Based On Android Operating System

Lately,mobile Internet has a rapid development,mobile phones,tablet PCs and other handheld mobile terminal Applications are more and more popular.They changed the ways of people's life and brought severe challenges to public security work in the new era.To meet the actual needs of public security work in Fuyuan City,Heilongjiang Province,a convenient mobile App for police work was designed in this paper.As the mobile phones with Android operating system have a price advantage,simple operation,high penetration rate and low difficulty in the development of the progress.Therefore,a convenient mobile App for police work was designed and implemented based on Android operating system,which could achieve fast query,fast alarm,instant messaging,information upload and other functions.This App could not only facilitate the people to obtain public security services in a short time,but also improve the efficiency of public security work,and provides new ideas for the public security convenience work.Fuyuan is located in the easternmost part of China,bordering Russia's Khabarovsk.The area is vast,the population is sparsely populated.The floating population is large and the public security management is difficult.After analyzing the actual needs of the masses and the police,the App should meet the fast inquiry related laws and regulations,fast alarm and obtain location information,upload images and video about police intelligence,police online communication and distribution of security and traffic information and other needs.According to the needs of analysis,the functional modules were divided.In terms of client design,the Android Studio was chosen as the develop tool of software,the MVP as the architecture model and the Java Script as the computer language tool.In terms of server design,the HTTP was chosen as the protocol for platform communication,the MySQL database as the database tool.The Wifi,3G and 4G were chosen as the communication method.The code of client and server was written to simulate App in virtual machine.After running steadily in virtual machine,the phone was used to run the App to communicate with the server to test errors and deficiencies existed in App.After testing,The App would not only provide thoughtful police services for the people in management area,but also improve the efficiency of police security work.In addition,it conforms to the new changes of the current internet + government work.
