| The uniaxial turntable is used to complete the test on the performance of the inertial navigation system, and ensures the quality of the inertial navigation system.Acording to the requirements of the uniaxial turntable control system, the paper puts forward the general planning of the turntable control system, following are the main works :Analyzing the uniaxial turntable control system’s principle, the hardware structure and software of the turntable system is worked out. In terms of hardware,platform-drive system is established by the data acquisition card and industrial PC; in terms of software, platform-drive system uses Windows operation system and RTX real-time extension module. And we selects the components of the system.The paper establishes the mathematics model of the uniaxial turntabl control system, designs the multi-loop control system, and analyzes the simulated result which is based on MATLAB/Simulink.In view of the uniaxial turntable actual running status, it is affected by external environment and the change of its parameters, so the paper uses MARC in the position loop control. Comparing the regulation of the PID controller with the MRAC, it indicates that MRAC is not affected by system frequency change, and can overcome the interference factors of the outside world.According to the resl-time requirement of the uniaxial turntable control system,and the hardware structure uses the data acquisition card and industrial PC, the software platform adopts Windows operating system and RTX system. And we finishes the design of the software modules. |
