With the disappearance of China's population dividends,robots have been widely used in industry and manufacturing.Service robots are increasingly playing an increasingly important role in government,health care,pension and entertainment,and are gradually replacing some of the human work in a variety of service industries.The core of the service robot is to realize the intelligent interaction between the service robot and the human being.It has become one of the research hot spots of the service robot at present.In this paper,the museum instructor for the design of the prototype,designed for the museum to design a smart to explain the robot,in real time for visitors to provide inquiry services and easy background control.The robot system uses voice interactive technology,sensing technology,automatic navigation and public network transmission technology.The main work of this paper focuses on three parts:(1)A general design of the robot system,including functional design,system structure design,autonomous navigation scheme design,cloud server design and data interaction design;(2)The design and implementation of the forwarding server,which focuses on the functional structure of the forwarding server and its implementation.The forwarding server system consists of seven modules,including login authentication module,heartbeat mechanism,receiving module,forwarding module,sharing Mail,log module,registry and monitoring module;(3)The design and implementation of the speech subsystem of the robot is analyzed in detail.This part analyzes the problems and solutions of the speech interaction subsystem in the process of design and implementation.The voice interaction subsystem is divided into three modules,including : Voice acquisition module,voice processing module and voice playback module.Finally,this paper designs and implements a wheeled mobile service robot.Experiments show that the robot system has reached the desired effect of the design requirements.In the course of the experiment,the robot system can better communicate with the user and provide the visitor with the inquiry service.In order to facilitate the management of the robot,the robot system also provides a convenient way to manage the robot system.
