Since the war-battle fields become more complicated,the traditional radar equipment can not accommodate to the changing of environment.Phased array radar can accomplish multiple tasks and have multiple functional features,it has the advantages of flexible beam point direction and produces hundreds of beams.For improving the radio frequency stealth performance,phased array radar resources should be managed reasonably,efficient resource management technology should be used for less radiation energy.It can reduce the radar radiant energy and improve the radar performance.Our work includes the control methods of radiated power during target tracking,which are as follows:Firstly,the relationship between the radiation power and the radio frequency stealth is analyzed.then the novel method of hierarchical power control of target tracking,which takes advantage of the IMM algorithm are proposed.The parameters of the phased array radar are controlled by the hierarchical radiated power,the relationship between SNR and the Cramer-Rao of prediction covariance matrix and the radiated power,a novel radiated power design method for phased array radar is presented,which can improve the better tracking performance of the radar system.Secondly,multi-target tracking of radiation power control method is presented.In the clutter environment,According to the different target characteristics,the novel method of adaptive radiation power is presented,which takes advantage of the IMMPDA algorithm.we use the predictive value of the target distance and RCS to design the next radiation power.the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm present excellent tracking performance.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm present lower radiated power with excellent tracking performance.Finally,Due to the lack of radar resources of multi-target tracking.A multi-radar for multi-target tracking is proposed,which based on the IMM algorithm.According to the different the target priority and the distance of the target,In the case of certain tracking accuracy,The multi-radar tracking tasks are completed.At the same time,for the target located in the same beam,we use the JPDA algorithm.The simulation results show that the algorithm can allocate the radar resources reasonably.
