Phased array radar is a new type of multi-function and high performance radar system. In order to take the advantages of phased array radar,for improving the radio frequency stealth performance,efficient resource management technology should be used for less radiation energy.Our work includes the control methods of radar time and power during target tracking,which are as follows:Firstly,the relationship between the radar sampling period and the radio frequency stealth is analyzed,then the novel method of adaptive sampling period of target tracking,which takes advantage of the IMM algorithm and IMMPDA are proposed.According to the different target status, the sampling period of the next moment is adaptively designed the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm present largetest sampling period with excellent tracking performance.Secondly,the optimization model of radiation power is presented.According to the target motion model,the adaptive design method of radar sampling period and radiation power is presented,in order to meet the requirements of tracking performance,after the optimization model of power controls is established.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the sampling period and radiated power, which can improve the radio frequency stealth performance,with better tracking performance of the radar system.Finally,in order to more effectively control the radar radiation energy, an adaptive dwell time design method is proposed, which based on interacting multiple model probability data association tracking algorithm.In the case of certain tracking accuracy, the relationship between SNRand the Cramer-Rao of prediction covariance matrix and the dwell time,a novel dwelling time design method for phased array radar is presented. Compared with the fixed dwell time method, the results show that our method can not only ensure tracking accuracy, but also save the radar radiation resources.
