| Along with the rapid development and wide application of computing technology,network technology and communication technology,based on the good customer operation and perception,scalable,configurable,portable mobile office system has become the development trend of enterprise office automation.In order to conform to the trend,and resolve the mobile office information system of the company,based on the existing enterprise network environment,application of mobile middleware and virtualization technology,author develop the mobile office information system of the company.The system software is composed of two parts,the server and the client.Server provides the agent platform for mobile client application by middleware,fulfils the interaction with the background of various application systems,achieves application mobility.Server includes OA system,Enterprise portal,Operation Management system,E-mail system and application virtualization client software,and it can achieve data exchange with the background business system,Uniform push service,Intelligent update service,Mobile security control services,Short message service and Dynamic password service etc.Mobile client mainly includes Server Man-machine interface of kinds of application system as well as Virtual client module.The whole system is based on B/S mode,and accomplished the mobile application of the company.The test results show that the mobile office system of this project has developed a fully realization of security access service mode on mobile terminal based on the remote network,improves the performance and efficiency of the access to information systems,reduces the cost of enterprise information system mobility achievement as well as the implementation cycle,truly realized mobile office platform of integrated customized and virtual client.At present,the system has been applied in the company,it has initially achieved the expected realization of the objectives and requirements of the system,greatly improve the office efficiency. |
