Cell is the basic unit of creatures.Investigations based on their configuration,their amount and other aspects are essential steps to people's health management.Traditional huge cell-test machine costs a lot and it needs professional operation.system introduced in this paper is based on the theoretical optics,with the method of optical simulation to determine parameters.as well,technique of micro-current controlling is applied.Compared with traditional one,it is very small,costs just a little.in addition,the new one can be operated easily.According to the principle of optic diffraction,Fresnel diffraction plays the most important role during the formation of cell's image,and it is known that the distance between the source and upside of the micro-tube has no effect on the size of the image.As the distance between the downside and the sensor increases,the size of image initially,does not change,and then increases,which means the image,at first,is due to shadow image,and then results from the diffraction of light.Optical simulation software called light tools is used to create the model of every part and completes the simulation of system.The result obtained supports the theoretical analysis.the main chips used in the system are MT9v032 and CY7C68013.The controlling modulus is made after deep analysis of the sensor's sequence.The data of image is output by I2C,then the collected data is input to ARM development board through the mode of slave FIFO by USB,on which,the pretreatment of data is carried out by V4L2 video collection drive.According the result of simulation,also taking reference to the diffraction theory of light.If the distance between the downside of the micro-tube and sensor is not larger than the tenth wavelength,cell's image is caused by shadow image,beyond,diffraction plays important role in the form of cell's image.Based on the result,image collection system is made successfully with the technique of micro-current controlling.
