Research And Application Of Patent Early Warning Analysis Method For Commodity Merchants

With the rapid development of the Internet and the rise of e-commerce industry,the wave is promoting the popularity of online shopping.They have also brought profound changes in people's way of life and affected people's shopping concept.However,as the e-commerce grows up rapidly,fake and inferior goods come into the market,which causes the infringement of intellectual property occurs frequently.The interests of some manufactures are damaged greatly.Therefore,some enterprises lose their enthusiasm of innovation.The reasons that cause this problem include backward ideas of consumption,light consciousness of protection of intellectual property,incomplete patent system,lack of supervision of the relevant department of the government etc.To solve the dilemma of the infringement of intellectual property in e-commerce,this paper is intended to provide an early-warning service system based on the need of enterprises and customers for achieving functions to analyze e-commerce information,and make an early warning for infringement of intellectual property.This paper will mainly focus on the following aspects.Analyze and Propose a commodity early warning design with patent information.To design a pattern for commodity early warning,an e-commerce platform is selected as the main object to be analyzed.The function of early warning has been achieved by calculating the degree of warning by using preliminary screening,index quantification and machine learning.KNN and SVM algorithms are utilized to make an analysis and comparison of relevant parameters.Implement the retrieval function of text and image.In this study,the commodity data is collected from the selected e-commerce platform to build the database of text and image.The retrieval function of text is implemented based on Lucene.The retrieval function of image is implemented with deep learning.Develop an early warning system for e-business platform.An APP is developed by using Android studio for fulfilling the requirement of the early warning design.Spring framework is applied in building the communication between APP and database.At present,the government has taken the appropriate measures to solve the issue of intellectual property infringement.However,there is no a positive effect on those measures.Due to lack of researches on commodity information and commodity early warning in e-business world and specific platforms to providing early warning service,the infringement occurs frequently.The paper is intended to come up with a better solution from technical level to deal with this issue and provides a new method by proposing a commodity early warning pattern based on machine learning,developing an Android App with the technique of retrieval of text and image and other relevant techniques.
