With life quality improvement,people's demands for living and working environment are getting higher and higher,therefore people require the modern intelligent buildings which have advantages of efficiency,comfort,safe,convenience,energy saving.Intelligent building is a distributed system,including lighting system,air conditioning system,water supply and drainage system,etc.so intelligent building covers a lot of mechanical and electrical equipment.For intelligent building distributed system,there lacks a software platform to carry on the unified resources deployment to all mechanical and electrical equipment at home,so system design becomes more tedious,extends the development time,reduces the work efficiency.The paper designed lighting system,water supply,machine room monitoring power supply system based on IEC 61499 standard distributed architecture and B/S mode,to realize the comfortable and energy-saving environment,and realized remote operation to manage easily.(1)The paper summary the background and the current situation of the development of intelligent building at home and abroad,introduced the significance of the project research;The paper studied and analyzed the relevant contents of IEC 61499 standard system,including system model,equipment model,resource model,application model and function block model,studied basic function block(BFB),composite function block(CFB)and service interface function block(SIFB).(2)The paper put forward the overall requirements and principles for the actual demand of intelligent building and specific characteristics demands of subsystem.According to the characteristics of the intelligent building distributed systems,it designed the hardware architecture of system and introduced hardware and software platform of system.The different controllers was used in different subsystem of the intelligent lighting system as hardware,and Function Block Builder(FBB)was used as software platform based on IEC 61499 standard,and it is convenient to configure controllers in the same software platform at same time.(3)In lighting system,the method of light sensor on metope is proposed by DIALux software modeling analysis and practical verification method,because light sensor on work place is susceptible to personnel or goods.Lighting system control program adopted the distributed architecture based on IEC 61499,and it is convenient to control lighting lamps by floor and area.The paper selected web technologies of B/S mode in order to good user interface.The lighting system made full use of natural light to save energy.(4)It analyzed the energy-saving principle of the water supply system with conversion velocity modulation was expounded.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is used for the large inertia and pure lag of water supply system and a simulation is made with MATLAB.The system uses two sets of programs,the first group : PLC + inverter AC asynchronous motor + centrifugal pump;the second group: drive control integrated controller + AC synchronous motor + centrifugal pump.The actual operation proved that the second group is more energy-saving than the former group.(5)For precision machine room monitoring and controlling of the column of the ark,power supply,system collects information through RS232 physical interface and Modbus protocol for the purpose of transformation of local monitoring for remote monitoring.The design of the system has been proved to be reliable meet the requirements of high efficiency,comfort,convenience and energy saving.
