From recent years,fire accident data and experience summary report can be found,Because the fire door opening and closing is not timely,with fault work and other reasons,resulting in fire when the fire,soot can not be effectively controlled,to save the fire and evacuation evacuation to bring a great passive,the price is very painful.National "fire automatic alarm system design specifications"(GB 50116-2013)provides in the building must be installed fire door monitoring system,in order to monitor and control the fire door opening and closing state,the significance is very significant.According to this demand,the design and development of the fire door monitoring system,real-time remote monitoring and control of fire door status,to ensure the full role of fire doors,thereby reducing the loss of fire.Fire door management system(PC)is mainly used for centralized display,classification management to monitor the host to upload the fire door and sensor operating status data;The monitoring main engine is mainly used to monitor and control the state of the fire door,including the opening and closing status of the fire door and the fault condition.The fire door detector is mainly used to detect the ambient temperature and control the corresponding sensor work and communicate with the monitoring host in real time.Magnetic switch and electric door closer are mainly used to detect the opening and closing of the fire door.In the hardware design part,using STM32 series MCU as the system core chip,the monitoring host and the fire door detector function module design research and development.Monitoring host as a core component,including power,storage,alarm,print,key,digital output communication module;Fire door detector hardware design includes power,communication,storage,temperature detection,digital input \ output,light module.In order to effectively ensure the stability and security of the monitoring system,the monitoring host adopts the centralized power supply way,and provides the DC24 V safe voltage to the fire door detector,which communicates with the fire detector and communicates with the host computer with the Enternet.In the software design part,the monitoring host,the detector software part mainly uses the C language to carry on the programming to the core chip as well as uses the VisualTFT software to draw the monitoring interface,carries on the programming to the system.Management system using LabView and My SQL development,the need to complete the display interface design and database establishment,through the programming of the network port or RS485 read and write,to achieve a large number of fire door status data real-time data monitoring,historical data storage,parameter settings,Finally,the fire door detectors,monitoring host and management system for debugging.The results show that the fire door monitoring system meets the design requirements,can record the fire door address information,inspection fire door status,print abnormal or fault events and upload to the management system.
